It was in January of 2016 that a group of men met to pray about what they felt God wanted to do with an old house and a desire to help men in addiction find a lifetime of recovery as a disciples of the Lord Christ Jesus.
It is the belief of the ministry that God has provided the means to heal all of humanity from the ravages of sin. God’s healing is through the atonement of Jesus Christ and by faith in his sacrifice we can be delivered from sin and death. The result is to see God@work in the lives of men who truly want to leave the madness of addiction behind and to step into a new life in Christ.
This is what we believe is commanded in scripture in Romans 12:2 that we are to live transformational lives. It is God’s promise that anyone who desires this change can receive this gift of grace by faith in Christ. It is our mission to lead the residents of The Way Home to this knowledge in the hopes they will desire a life long walk with Jesus.
